Arguably although most have ‘muddled through’ and some workers have even thrived whilst working from home, these measures were only ever intended to be temporary and there are some distinct differences in the risk level and ways we should manage these, if this way of working is to continue much further into the future.
According to a BBC survey, nearly all of the UK’s 50 biggest employers reported that they do not plan to bring staff back to the office full-time. If your organisation is one of those intending to continue with remote working, this article is full of advice and guidance.
