Director
Worthwhile Training was built on Nicole’s ethos of offering the very best possible, every day. Renowned for her encyclopaedic knowledge and practical experience, Nicole supports many of our clients through the whole risk management process. She has developed and delivered countless training solutions and is a popular speaker at national conferences and a contributor to many magazines. She has an uncanny ability to develop training that perfectly meets an organisation’s needs while addressing individuals’ concerns. Vibrant, engaging, and approachable, we think Nicole is fab, and all our clients seem to agree!
Adi
Training Consultant
Adi comes equipped with one of those brains that just ‘gets people’. His in-depth knowledge of physiology, neuroscience and combines with his great communication skills and ‘real world’ knowledge to deliver informative and engaging workshops. He has worked in many different sectors delivering Train the Trainer courses, Forum Theatre and practical intervention training. Consistently practical, challenging and thought-provoking, his solutions always offer the holistic view. Adi can always be relied upon to be the voice of reason – for which we are all very grateful!
Kristen
Training Consultant
Kristen is a key member of the team With a background in theatre, television production and professional development, Kristen is able to turn her hand to writing e-learning packages, delivering engaging interactive workshops and joining our actors in our drama-based workshops. Known affectionately as the ‘scary American’ when she pops up in Forum Theatre. In reality, her skills both challenge and affirm participants, offering them opportunities to practice strategies, solve problems and gain insight in a safe environment. We love the energy and attention to detail that Kristen brings to everything she does!
Owen
Training Consultant
Owen is both a trained actor and experienced educator. He brings energy, enthusiasm and his fantastic communication skills into every training workshop. Able to share his knowledge in an accessible way that carries learners on the learning journey, Owen uses humour and credibility to help learners reflect on and challenge their own beliefs and actions. Always ready to jump in and help, Owen easily engages even the wariest of delegates.
Louise
Office Manager
Louise is our primary contact for clients, managing initial enquires, the booking process and ensuring that everyone is kept informed, before during and after our events. Organised and efficient, Louise also makes sure that everyone in Worthwhile HQ knows where they are going (and what they are doing) and keeps us all in line! Without Louise, our world would be a more chaotic and less sunny place!
Actor Facilitators
A diverse bunch! All talented and experienced. We are proud of our ‘troupe’ of actors who can be relied on to bring realism and true value into our workshops and training films. We pride ourselves in using actors that as well as being fully trained, have a variety of lived experiences reflecting the diversity of our learners and the people they encounter.
Forum Theatre and scenario based films are fantastic tools to engage, challenge and offer opportunities to solve real world problems in a safe and productive way… and they do this brilliantly!
