Disability and inclusion

We can help you address the challenges of inequality, accessibility and inclusion in your organisation. Our training will provide opportunities for you to reflect on service provision, working relationships and individual attitudes and behaviours.

We make sure that our workshops increase awareness of the barriers faced and bring the lived experience of disabled people and those from minority groups into the room. Providing opportunities for learners to reflect on their own attitude, behaviour and current practice whilst planning ways to improve.

If you are looking for powerful and engaging training; we can deliver a package in person, using impactful films, Forum Theatre or as interactive e-learning.

Disability and inclusion

Our award-winning work in this area includes supporting the Office of Rail and Road to define the training requirements for Rail sector in Disability and Accessibility. We are really proud of the very powerful films we have produced working with a fab production company, Firewood Pictures. These films have been pivotal in the story telling and have become vital learning tools that emotionally connect with our learners.

Our Trainers and actor facilitators are all experienced in engaging with groups from front line workers to senior management. We pride ourselves in offering opportunities to actors and facilitators who can share their lived experience of the subjects we are covering. It seems natural (and only right) to us, but people are still surprised when we explain that all our actors in our films have the same disability as the character they are portraying.

We recognise that every business will have different challenges in the area of Accessibility and Inclusion. So, we take the time to find out more about your organisation, the challenges your colleagues and customers face, and then develop a specific solution to meet your needs.

  • The impact of unconscious bias on attitude and behaviour,
  • Developing your ethos and standards,
