Forum theatre
Not role-play! Our team of talented professional actors and expert facilitators are fully trained for that! Forum Theatre is an immersive, interactive drama-based learning approach that offers delegates the opportunity to explore challenging situations in a safe (but very effective) environment. Always well received, once experienced, our clients come back time and time again for more.
So just to be clear, no pressure to role-play. We develop and deliver scenarios that reflect the challenges your colleagues face, and then use these scenarios as the learning tool for the workshop. Delegates are asked to observe the scenes and are invited to interview the characters to explore their feelings and motivations. The next step allows the learners to get involved with improving or solving the scenarios by becoming the Directors, stopping the action to redirect the actors towards better choices, actions and behaviours. Of course, if delegates want to get up and get involved, we will always encourage that, but no pressure!

Our amazing diverse team of actors are from all walks of life. We are really proud of the fact that if you see a disabled person in our films or workshops, the actor portraying the character will share the disability or condition. It is an important ethical stand for us. That doesn’t mean that all the angry people in our films or workshops are angry in real life though!
