E-learning

E-learning can be a powerful learning tool, but only when it is developed with the learner in mind!

Our approach is to take the key principles of effective training and apply them to the way we design and develop our e-learning packages. We focus on the aim and expected outcomes (what do you need your people to know, feel or do?), add plenty of interaction (to engage learners, and keep them engaged), design a logical learning journey and add in some learning checks along the way to complete the package.

E-Learning Packages

Our Process

Our process for developing e-learning is built around the needs of our clients, but can include:

  • Initial consultation to understand your needs and style of learning required.
  • Development of initial learning outline to make sure we are heading in the right direction.
  • Delivery of full learning script, including activities, voice over, filmed content, learning assessments and layout of the design.
  • Production of any assets needed for the package, including recording of voice overs, photographs and filmed material including live presenter.
  • Technical build with several sign-offs along the way.
  • Initial delivery to client for comments and any amends.
  • Final delivery of SCORM compliant package to happy customer!

Using our talented team of educationalists, developers, designers, film makers, voice over artists and actors, we are truly a one stop shop for creating all your e-learning needs.

Technicalities

Built on Articulate 360, our e-learning modules can utilise Rise 360 to create a fluid learning package, adapting to any device. Or the more familiar Storyline 360, creating a more linear, yet equally adaptive, personalised interactive experience. All of our packages will be published to Review 360 during the testing, review and amends period, before exporting it for use on your LMS. We are able to provide any of the following file formats: cmi5, xAPI (Tin Can API), SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, and AICC. Thus you can be assured of the quality of your learners’ experience.

Capturing Interest

We know that the world is full of distractions, and that means e-learning has to capture the learner’s interest as quickly as possible and keep them engaged throughout, so our packages are full of interactivity and variety. We also know that challenges such as accessibility and learning needs can be a barrier for some learners, and so we ensure that our packages are as inclusive and accessible as possible. And we cram all this into full suites of interactive e-learning or just one micro package.

Many of our clients come to us with one requirement for a single package and then love the result so much that we become their ‘go to’ company for all things e-learning!

If you want to talk about an idea or need you have, get in touch and we can chat through how e-learning can work for you and your teams.

What our clients say…

Initially, our foremost concern was the safety of our frontline colleagues. Later, impressed by the quality of their work and their extensive knowledge, we opted for Worthwhile to contribute to other e-learning projects.

We selected Worthwhile Training after spending considerable time looking for a supplier that could really understand our key objectives and vision, bringing it to life in a way that was both engaging and informative.

C.M. – Accessibility Lead – GTR

I hate e-learning, but I loved this one. It spoke to me, used my name and there were lots of activities. I learnt a lot and it was fun! Can they do all our e-learning please.
