We can also develop bespoke material in any of our specialist areas, for in-house delivery. For this we take a step-by-step approach (as necessary):
- Initial consultation with your Training Team and other key staff. Can also include focus groups, gap analysis and discussions to explore what your organisation needs in terms of training.
- Tailored courses are then written for your organisation by our experienced and qualified team.
- You then select a group of experienced or peer trainers from your organisation to deliver the training courses in-house.
- The Trainers then take part in a workshop delivered by us, so that they can experience the material and give feedback on the content.
- The Trainers attend a one of two day (depending on the amount of material and their skills) ‘train the trainer’ workshop
- Worthwhile Training offer continued support to the team and make changes when needed to reflect new practices, research or changes in your training needs.
