Well, what a year that was! As we come to the end of 2023, we thought we would share some of our highlights with you and send thanks to those who have trusted us to help support your colleagues and improve your business.
Violence and aggression against frontline workers has increased across many sectors this year and we have been glad to help our clients create proactive ways to reduce the risk. We have supported train operating companies to manage the risks by providing training solutions. We were also privileged to be approached by the Rail Delivery Group to help write their National Guidance on managing work related Violence and Aggression.
With budget constraints and remote workforces, e-Learning has become a larger part of our offering to clients. We have designed and developed an amazingly interactive lone worker package for NCP and updated several clients’ virtual learning packages. With more packages in development for release in 2024.
April 2023 saw the new Lone Worker Safety Live under the umbrella of The Health & Safety Event hosted at NEC in Birmingham with a record number of delegates attending over the three days.
We have loved working with Firewood Pictures who have been an integral part of us producing training films that are relevant, realistic and effective, including a new sighted guiding film, managing difficult conversations and disability and equality awareness, to name but a few.
We are taking a little bit of time off this festive season. We will be wrapping up on Friday the 15th and returning to the office on 4th January 2024.
