Bullying and harassment

Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination and Victimisation all need clear definition and active management. To tackle inappropriate behaviour effectively, workplace culture has to transform – management need to be able to deal with issues effectively, staff need to understand what is expected of them and targets of unacceptable behaviour need to know where to go for support and that perpetrators will be held to account.

To help in achieving this goal we have developed our ‘Respect and Dignity at Work’ workshop. It can be tailored to incorporate your organisation’s policies and procedures and any specific issues you may be encountering.

Bullying

Who is it for?

Managers who need to understand their role and responsibilities and be equipped with knowledge and strategies to enable them to fulfil their duties, not fall foul of the law and help promote a respectful working environment.

Employees who need to understand their rights within the workplace and be provided with clear guidance on expected behaviour, strategies to deal with unwanted behaviour and actions that can be taken if they are made to feel vulnerable or intimidated.
